تخضع كل دفعة من المواد الخام لاختبارات صارمة في مختبرنا الموجود في الموقع. يتم اختبار مواد السيليكون من حيث النقاء والمرونة والتوافق الحيوي. تخضع المواد اللاصقة لاختبار حساسية الجلد وتقييم قوة الالتصاق. يتم اختبار المواد النسيجية من حيث ثبات اللون والانكماش والمتانة. يتم الموافقة على المواد التي تلبي مواصفاتنا الصارمة فقط للإنتاج.
مراقبة الجودة أثناء العملية
خطوط إنتاجنا مجهزة بأنظمة مراقبة في الوقت الفعلي تتتبع المعايير الحيوية طوال عملية التصنيع. يتم مراقبة درجة الحرارة والضغط والتوقيت باستمرار وتعديلها تلقائيًا للحفاظ على الظروف المثلى. يتم وضع نقاط فحص الجودة بشكل استراتيجي في جميع أنحاء كل خط إنتاج، مع قيام مفتشين مدربين بإجراء فحوصات بصرية وأبعاد على فترات منتظمة.
